The summer means going to the beach. Going to the beach means getting sand everywhere. Your car will get some in there, and cleaning it out can be a process, but if you can limit the amount you have to clean, that's better, right? We have some tips on how to do just that.
The first thing is for the exterior. Regular washings and rinsing plus waxing and using sealant on your vehicle to protect the exterior can help a lot. Some other tips are to get all-weather floor mats which are easier to clean and trap dirt well, as well as using mesh or straw bags where the dirt falls out when picked up from the sand. Also, making sure towels and the like are shaken off with less sand helps, and you'll notice it with less sand in your vehicle.
